I had some updates that I need to add and Prakash helped me. He was very helpful and made sure everything was working correctly before we disconnected. He even updated other features that I wasn't asking to update. So far I really like this app and its features. Very user-friendly.

The app was easy to set up, and it looks like they are adding new features which is great to see app development. When we had issues with a customer redeeming points for the first time, Emily was quick to respond and help me figure out which setting I needed to update and waited while I tested the change. So far....so good.
