Amazing app! The support is extremely helpful and responsive. Every time I asked a question, they were right on top of it. The features offered in the free and lower paying plan is just what you need to get going. You can definitely scale up with this app as well. It is truly worth the investment.

I had a couple questions for the Joy team about the app. I was chatting with Audrey and she answered all of my questions, fast. Audrey even helped me with customized and setup all the features I asked for to get my rewards program started for my company. I do not do reviews very often when I do, its for good reason. I highly recommend this app because of the ease of use and the staff. Thank you Audrey!!! A+ service.
