I have been using the free version for a couple years, it's perfect for my needs and the best thing is that support are super helpful. I set it up a while back and it just runs without me needing to do anything, however i recently upgrade my theme and lost the reward widget on my store. I logged into chat and between Pamela, Esther and Gideon we had everything sorted ASAP. Highly recommend!

Its my first time using this app
So far this app is working great! We had some trouble with the initial set up but Jasmine from customer help was very fast to respond and helped us solve these issues. I would be great if this app could be integrated with Shopify POS and give rewards to our customer on both channels.
I've really wanted to start a loyalty program for my shop and Lydia has been a wonderful and very patient! Super easy to set up and really great (and fast) customer service, Lydia was fabulous!

Wow, for a Free app this is amazing! I was able to get rid of an overpriced app I was using and the team was super responsive and got our royalty program up and running in no time.
