Worked fine. I'm giving it 2 starts because this seems to be one of those operations that won't let you just cancel your subscription. You have to wait to be "contacted" by a representative. It's been over a week and no one has reached out to help me.

The backoffice is a bit messy and deserve a better UX/UI but it looks like to be a great plugin.

Justuno is a massively overpriced with a confusing user interface.

They also charge for extra traffic to your site even if you're NOT using any pop ups, and require a 30 day notice to cancel, which will leave you holding the bag for an extra payment when you try to leave.

Their VP of Customer Success, Kelsey, made sure to enforce the charges and refused to help in the situation.

You'd think for a company as big as Justuno, they could afford to refund a customer for a month that they didn't use their product, instead of overcharging them on their way out the door.

I would highly recommend a product that is easier to use like Optimonk.

So far, it's doing everything I need it to do. Really like that there are some nicely designed templates. The designing process is a bit clunky, but it works well enough.
