Merchants highly recommend this app for its ease of use and effectiveness in capturing emails and driving conversions. They appreciate its advanced targeting rules and seamless integration with platforms like MailChimp and Klaviyo. The customer service, especially from team members Miranda and Chris, is often praised. The app's managed services and Commerce AI are noted for enhancing promotional campaigns and conversion rates. However, some merchants find the design interface clunky and have issues with tracking conversions. A few reported slow customer service response times and difficulties in cancelling subscriptions. Despite these, many value the fair pricing and its success in reducing cart abandonment rates and increasing revenue.

Love the functionality. The design interface is a little clunky and tough to get used to, but it does EVERYTHING I need it to do. YAY!
Works great ... :)

Amazing! It definitely helped me drive traffic to my site!
Works good on my store www.SkinCareBySuzie.com
It seems to lag a bit and the pop ups don't always appear. I'm still working it out though and when it does work it's great.
Great app!! It has the best plan for a startup. Free limited use saves money for a new business. Even after the test period, the full-featured limited visits plan is just GREAT!!
We love this app.. Easy to use, lots of fun ideas for popups and we have seen about a 20% increase in sales since using it.
So far, so good. Still figuring out how to use it effectively, but making progress. I would like to be able to have the same popup on mobile and desktops, but it's a feature I can work around.
I despise the lies from these guys.
1. "Unlimited Plan"
- the lie detector determined that was a lie.
2. "Sorry, whoever said that was new and fired."
- the lie detector determined that was a lie
3. "Ok we will stop billing you for that"
- the lie detector determined that was a lie
4. "Oh, the free plan doesn't work anymore because our plans are based on site traffic, not promotion impressions. Your Free plan appears to cap out at 5000 visitor sessions per month."
- the lie detector determined that was a lie
The free plan worked just fine until I wanted a refund after getting rebilled for an annual plan I unlike the one I originally signed up for.
A+ for being my top Shopify shady app for both 2016 and 2017 tho.
Used it, and I was able to finally get subscribers!
