I started paying for the App a few months ago. I was always logged in under a previous email. That email address has been deleted so I have no way to recover the password or login.

I got an inital response from "Matt" from customer service acknowledging my issue.

Now It's been a few days since that initial response, and I've contacted their support each day and getting no response. I contacted them again yesterday and today and have heard nothing.

I am spending $1,000s on FB ads and I believe an old JustUno popup is popping up, so you can imagine how annoying this is that I can't modify it to correlate with the FB ads.

All I'm trying to do is log in so I can change my JustUno settings, and they have failed to help whatsoever.

Extremely frustrated, hoping they see this and finally fix my issue.

Seems like it would be a great app with a lot of capabilities, but the long wait to get help from their tech support team is unacceptable. I'll probably delete this app and stick with what I've got. It should not take so long to reply to their customers when they have issues.

Great app. Useful for sure. It is a bit of a complicated platform but once you get used to it, its very easy.

Great way to run promo's for targeted shoppers. The rule system does take a bit to understand but once you get it, you can make ads that don't overlap each other. The one thing i do not like about it, is that banner ads tend to not format to different screen sizes easily. So sometime some content is not viewable on mobile for instance. But with some tweaking you can make it work..

It's a tremendously engaging tool and the options to engage are varied. I like this tool but need to monitor if the type of engagement and placement of engagement is appropriate
