Easy to use and helpful customer service available in the early morning. I had trouble at first but Alex explained that once you set up the app, you have to go into the settings and sync the products for it to update on your website. Plus I was able to change it from saying pre-order to say back-order.

Once I understood how to navigate through the app, it was pretty easy to use. I haven't had a person use the presale option yet but I'm excited to see it in action.

It was actually pretty easy to set up. I was confused at first but then it became pretty intuitive.

I had a hiccup in gettting the widget to finally activate but even at 6:30EST there was a customer service rep in the chat ready to help me.

Liubava went to work, fixed the problem and it popped right up! I'm hoping for great things now! :)
