I've been in email marketing for 18 years, and Klaviyo is BY FAR the best platform. In fact, I now only work with clients who use Klaviyo. And it pairs incredibly well with Shopify.
I have a dozen clients and spend 10 hours a day in Klaviyo. Trust me, I know it well ; )
I'll be direct here: if you sell products or services online, Shopify and Klaviyo are the ONLY way to go.

Top-notch customer service. I just spent almost an hour speaking with Julia F. in the help center chat, and she was AMAZING. She was so helpful and thorough with her answers. She helped me solve all the issues that were causing our low deliverability rate, and she even sent me a loom video to help me understand. I now feel so much more confident about sending emails! I've been using Klaviyo for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for email marketing. We made the switch to Klaviyo in 2021 and we've been extremely pleased with the results — our open rates for our highly segmented emails average between 70% and 80% and our click rate is well above the industry average for our vertical. Support is fast and responsive, and there are so many live trainings and other resources to help you understand your marketing. Would happily recommend Klaviyo.

Signed up to this last year and although for a small business it seems expensive you do get a lot for your money. It does so much more than what my Shopify emails could in terms of segmenting and reaching different customers. There's also lots of benchmarks, metrics and reports to help you analyse what's working and what's not, although I do need to get my head around them. Plenty of tutorials to help you and also educational webinars. The support team are also on hand and reply very quickly.

The best email platform there is. Klayvio has been a copmlete game changer for our business. Highly recommend it.
The reviews aspect of Klayvio still nees a lot of work though, we tried that and didn't find it great value for money and lacking in a lot of areas that we needed. But the email side of it is amazing
