Been using Klaviyo for several years, and they've grown so much in that time - many new features have been released to allow for more targeted segmentation, additional channels, etc., allowing us to grow, as well. Their CS team is also always super helpful!

If you are doing anything email related, you need to look into klaviyo. I have never seen a more sophisticated email solution. You can do EVERYTHING. Want to send an email when someone purchases a certain product. Check. Want to send an email followup sequence when someone hasn't opened your emails for 30 days. Check. Want to greet new/returning/old/inactive customers. Check. You can do EVERYTHING with klaviyo!

No need for double opt, auto generated coupon if you go plus, the flow setup is a great way of approaching and managing an email list in an orderly, automated fashion. I did it. Preferably and easier than Mailchimp. Setup can be a bit more time consuming but ultimately pays off.
Got this app to help redesign my order confirmation emails primarily - did this really quickly and easily in a very short space of time. Feels like I've only touched the surface of what I could do with this - will have to spend a little more time to explore the possibilities. Very pleased with the results so far, so thank you !
We've been using Klaviyo for a few months now and the features are so much better than other email marketing apps i've used. Is on the expensive side compared to a few others but you get what you pay for in all of the useful features to grow your business.
So far I have used the app to build templates for all my order confirmations and it worked great. I plan on using it more in the future over Mailchimp as the Automation it offers with Shopify is a lot more advanced. Being able to group customers better on purchase history etc one all set up will make our business way more efficient!
