Very happy with Klaviyo. They make it easy to create beautiful HTML emails. We are still using a free version, but the list is growing pretty fast, so we might have to switch to the paid version pretty soon.
We've been using Klaviyo for close to 2 years now on ElectricBikeZone.com and are very happy with all the FREE features included. Pretty easy to lean and use, and good documentation and video help.
