I used this app to setup flows and email campaigns! It is very user friendly and my designs came out BOMB!
I have used other email marketing platforms such as Privy and MailChim before, and none of them compare to Klaviyo. I would recommend this app to every single Shopify user. It lets you create interactive email campaigns, flows and also track your website activity and exactly what your costumers were doing on your site. This app is awesome and a must have in my opinion.
It's a well-designed marketing application unlike any I've used. It's definitely worth the try for the flow automation alone!

I use this app for email marketing and email acquisition. It's great once you know how to use it. They only thing I had an issue with was actually learning how to use it and understanding the tools, which is a lot!! Nice to have a tutorial.
Klaviyo's user interface is easy to use, which is a refreshing change from other web-based systems. And I especially love their pre-fabricated flows.
