Probably the best and most helpful customer service of any of the Shopify integrations we've used. Very in depth management of email marketing. We've seen a steady increase in our interaction metrics since switching to Klaviyo.

I tried multiple CRM, no one beats Klaviyo in deep Shopify integration, ease of use, and reasonably priced. I am using it in all my stores. Totally can't recommend Klaviyo enough!

Bit of a learning curve but that's because it is a powerful piece of kit! I will definitely upgrade once we hit our limit.
