Klaviyo has become a very important part of our marketing strategy through its ability to segment our customers in great detail. Customer's product choices and behaviors are all easily broken down in Klaviyo and used to better understand them. Less wasted email campaigns- getting the message to the right people. Klaviyo's extensive support library is a major plus whenever you may have questions.

The app itself seems to be doing what it should - and I think better than Mailchimp. This one has better features. But the costumer service has so far been really bad. I have contacted them for 2 weeks now and no reply. Is a bit frustrating to pay for a product, and ending up hirering people from outside to help you out...

Simply the TOP Shopify app out there !!! It's the all-in-one marketing platform you'll ever need and an ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE for any eshop owner. Their service and assistance is, excellent, too. Get it or you'll be missing out.

great! It lets you do everything for FREE as if it were full up to 250 contacts. Very good, I recommend it

Cough up the dough and get this instead of wasting your time with Mailchimp. You're an ecomm store, not a blogger. Serious money to be made.

Fraudulent company, scamming money for Free plan!!
they invoiced me for the Free plan and say that I had a paid plan, although I changed to a Free plan 2 months ago and the money was not taken from my bank account, then suddenly I don't know why Klaviyo announced that I never had a Free plan and that's why I now pay absurdity and SHAMELESSNESS!

Be careful they are scammers!!

when I asked for a refund, they suggested Cancel subscription :D - nice service, what can I say!

A very poor customer service :(
I'm brand new, I don't have any clients yet, and when I tried the Klaviyo app, all emails went directly to spam.
so...My ability to use this app is limited by this fundamental flaw. When I wrote to Klaviyo support, I received a reply that they did not offer any help if I had a free plan and suggested that I purchase a paid plan, however, since I'm a newbie, the paid plans are not good for me....
the very unpleasant situation.. it turns out their application requires payment to work at all in my case ... ugh bad attitude :(

The Klaviyo support team is the BEST support I have ever had for any app - EVER. The wait time is pretty much non-existent and the advisors have always been a massive help. They are extremely knowledgeable in their services and offerings. I spoke to Margot and they were incredibly helpful. 10/10!

Just started using Klaviyo and so far it's been a smooth experience. Klaviyo provides guides to explain the process of sending emails but, for the inpatient, it is relatively easy to figure out. Looking forward to learning more!
