This app is very powerful to manage all issues related to email marketing. It is true you will need a learning curve, but in other apps it is the same. The Shopify integration is simple, therefore creating flows is easier. I am suprissed when some people say Customer Service doesn't work properly, because Klaviyo answers to me always on time resolving my doubts. I am very satisfy with Klaviyo. Recommended.
Really disappointed that they got rid of unlimited emails. We send 1-2 per week, and they have priced themselves out of the market. Emailed the support team about the price increase and they did nothing. It will now cost me an extra $250 to send fewer emails than I was before. I also found that their editing tools were more archaic than other companies I have used.

It has a lot of different templates you can use and customize, its build as drag and drop so it will be without a hassle to set it up. It has very nice designs.

Easy to use, better than any I have seen. I am a total beginner and sent a pro email campaign with ease. Its really pricey though. Other than that, its amazing!
A really helpful tool for marketing your products. I also like their option to manually send emails to customers.
