A fantastic app that gives you all the analytics you need from e-mails you sent out.
We are using Auto emails to recover customers that have not purchased in 3 months, offer discount to customers who purchased a sample but not a full product, recover abandoned carts. But this is real flexible and you could set up auto emails for anything and give the system rules.
9/10, we need to use it for a month or so to award it 10/10
Easy to use and really helped skyrocket my business. If you aren't doing email marketing you should- and it should be with Klayvio!
If you want to do anything with ecommerce, Klaviyo is #2 tool after your website platform. This is the tool for keeping good relationship with your customers and being able to segment them any way you can think of. Example if you have only one size left in your garment stock you can segment those who bought this size and send them amazing offer so you can get rid of this extra stock. Few words can not describe the necessity of Klaviyo
