Epic shit - single handily gets us 30% revenue increase every campaign we sent
No support after starting to use paid version. We had technical problems and could not activate any features. Support was unresponsive, did not help to solve any issues, not even freezed the subscription until WE solve them.
The email campaigns and automation flows are user-friendly and offer great customization, allowing us to create targeted and professional-looking emails with ease.

There billing is deplorable. You can't make changes to your account without being double billed. They don't do proration and then if you wait to change your plan at the end of your billing so you don't get double charged they will still charge you for the highest plan and tell you that they can't help you and you aren't owed a refund of the difference.
I call that theft. I downgraded to a $100 plan and entered my info to pay for that plan. Instead of it charging me for the new $100 plan I was charged $205. I reached out immediately to get the difference refunded. I was told that I paid the bill before I made the change which was 100% false because I updated the payment information after I made the plan change.

very good app, but It could be improved by implementing more simple language if it's possible.
Love the ease and compatibility of Klayvio with my Shopify store. I've been able to run my email marketing as a solopreneur and understand the analytics. If I could change one thing it would be an easier way to sort through uploaded photos, and how do we delete old photos we no longer want in the library? Otherwise, loving what it's doing for my business.
