best app for email mkt, increased the revenue since day 1, nicely done!
No support after starting to use paid version. We had technical problems and could not activate any features. Support was unresponsive, did not help to solve any issues, not even freezed the subscription until WE solve them.
Jono was exceptional it was my first time contacting Klaviyo and he went above and beyond. It was a very technical question that was resolved in minutes so thank you again!
