Good Morning. My company, SlipIns is 8 years old and we have been working diligently to increase our national and global awareness as well as increasing sales with the use of various promotional entities. We discovered Klaviyo quite by accident when a customer mentioned that we might try this company for our e-mail marketing and promotion. I was a bit skeptical because we had been using another source with limited success and expenditure of lots of time and energy. We decided to give Klaviyo a try and, much to my excitement, in less than 60 days our sales returns have been exceptional. We have just exceeded a 500% return on our investment using this system. We found setting up the system was easy and when we needed help their people were right there to help. We are not overly tech savvy people and the Klaviyo support people were ready to help us with all our questions and needs immediately which was a huge advantage that sets them apart from the other services. I have to say, if you're in need of help and results using e-mail marketing and promotion Klaviyo is a tremendous resource and we at SlipIns recommend them enthusiastically. They have been fabulous!
I wish their fee was more reasonable , they are extremely expensive. Gosh $300 for 13k list. Even my whole Shopify account cost $75 a month. Charging that much is ridiculous. Seems like for every 10 sales person they hired, they hired only 1 customer service. Its hideous to not be able reach customer service for a company their size and funding.
This app is awesome. For any e-commerce store it's a must have. I love the flows you can utilize and the recommendations are awesome. Recommended
I'm using Klaviyo to stay in touch with my customers more automatically and this app does the job really well. Easy to setup. No technical hassle.
Very happy with this app, it helps me do everything. From cart abandonment to follow ups. Very simple to use.
So far i love it. it sends the emails just as I want them, and it is so easy to customize your emails. Reporting is great and user friendly. Definitely happy with the app
Bought into Klaviyo and was initially impressed by the claim that we could use it for both our Shopfy store and Amazon FBA etc. It is great with the close integration to Shopify BUT...
Hugely disappointed to find after spending a small fortune redesigning all the emails and flows etc, that Klaviyo only support Amazon USA only. Apparently the rest of the Amazon universe is invisible and unimportant to Klaviyo...
We now have to spend more money in a separate service to support our Amazon UK channel - Not impressed!
It's not worth your money, nor your time. Customer service is very poor. I received contradicting info from a couple of representatives. Unfortunately, the support team is not trained sufficiently to give proper client support.
I used this app to help send welcome emails. It is easy to understand and use. I think this app is great so far. Thanks Klaviyo!

every time you contact the chat it is 8 hours, and they are not fully trained and don't have an answer to any technical issue so you have to close and start a new chat hopping you'll get somebody else! no tel support.
