Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I have been using this app for long and now I am not able to pay them, to upgrade my plan, we are losing important dates. Emailed them several times with no response.

Klaviyo has made my Returns on Ad Spend sooooooo much better! Plus it's so easy to use. I love the drag and drop functionality.

So far really good, lots of email customization and campaign flow. I am using this in my blue-comma.com ecom site.

I was a firm Mailchimp customer.. Until I saw Ezra Firestone using Klavio.

Now, I wasn't looking for another email marketing program.

BUT

Seeing how well it auto-segments our Shopify customers, it does an amazing job at just "working".

Highly recommended, although I do still use mail chimp for signup forms, but then all mail chimp lists are auto uploaded to Klavio so i'm not missing out on anything.

Great app. I absolutely love it and my campaign emails looks amazing! Will keep using this app for all my newsletter emails.

I really hate most newsletter templates, but this has changed my perspective, excellent product that i cannot recommend enough !!

Terrible experience with Klaviyo. Not what they used to be. Customer Service took a month to get back to me! 1 MONTH. Can you believe that. They Charged me 3 times the monthly costs (supposedly someone activated this that is not anymore in the account) This should be something only the owner should be able to do! The one who pays the bills. Within hours of getting the charge FOR THE NEXT MONTH, I told them to reverse it. Klaviyo like the bad company they are now (looks like they have to show numbers because they are listed) they didnt care and responded back in a month, that there is nothing they can do.

1. First if you Bill in advance you should refund if someone gets back to you within hours.
2. Only the Account owner should have the power to increase 3x costs.
3. As a serious company you don't need 1 month to answer a customer.

If you can use another Email App. Do yourself a favor and don't use Klaviyo.

We will be definitely switching.

We decided to give Klaviyo a try and, much to my excitement, in less than 60 days our sales returns have been exceptional. We have just exceeded a 500% return on our investment using this system. We found setting up the system was easy and when we needed help their people were right there to help. We are not overly tech savvy people and the Klaviyo support people were ready to help us with all our questions and needs immediately which was a huge advantage that sets them apart from the other services. I have to say, if you're in need of help and results using e-mail marketing and promotion Klaviyo is a tremendous resource and we at SlipIns recommend them enthusiastically. They have been fabulous!

This app is awesome. For any e-commerce store it's a must have. I love the flows you can utilize and the recommendations are awesome. Recommended

Very happy with this app, it helps me do everything. From cart abandonment to follow ups. Very simple to use.
