I wish their fee was more reasonable , they are extremely expensive. Gosh $300 for 13k list. Even my whole Shopify account cost $75 a month. Charging that much is ridiculous. Seems like for every 10 sales person they hired, they hired only 1 customer service. Its hideous to not be able reach customer service for a company their size and funding.
Great email solution for those trying to boost conversions with automatic marketing, cart re targeting and all types of automatic flows. The ONLY DOWNSIDE to this email marketing app is that it is VERY expensive compared to just about every other option out there. It does offer some unique features, but none that should really bump the price up this high and it's the only reason I am giving it 4 stars.
It's about triple the price of mailchimp depending on how many emails you send out and how many contacts you have.
I was a bit apprehensive about using Klaviyo after reading some of the 1-star reviews. After looking around, I figured I'd give them a try anyway, so far so good. My advice is to attend the webinars it'll help with an understanding of the platform.
It's not worth your money, nor your time. Customer service is very poor. I received contradicting info from a couple of representatives. Unfortunately, the support team is not trained sufficiently to give proper client support.
Once I figured it out it was great! Thanks! Awesome templates and content. Can't wait to see the email sent. Stay tuned
I've only used the free basic features such as making your Shopify emails look better and sending two recovery emails thru them instead of Shopify. It's worked great so far! Recommend it to everyone! Especially since it's free ;) have nothing to loose!
every time you contact the chat it is 8 hours, and they are not fully trained and don't have an answer to any technical issue so you have to close and start a new chat hopping you'll get somebody else! no tel support.
