I had been hesitant to start using Klaviyo for quite some time - because it's considerably more expensive than other email services - but the first few email campaigns I sent out - to targeted audience - I got much more return than with the other email services.
I am still trying to figure out how to set up the proper automations and flows - and landing pages.

Cannot be more unsatisfied with the app I've been using for all my stores. They have been charging me amounts that has not been used, and once I decide to downgrade the plan for one store that has not been receiving traffic for 2 months, they remove all the premium features which I just paid few hours ago. Also they don't have any type of customer support (I should have as I paid for the whole month already, but as I decide to downgrade to free plan for the next month, they deactivated every premium feature). I don't understand how a company of this size can do this behaviors
