I used this app because it is free for me as a brand new newbie, it takes off a lot of stress. It will control my emails that I would receive the new ones that make a huge difference on growing my business. I am very grateful for the help of this app designer, it will be a great help to me.

There is a learning curve to using this platform and the new rules with email have made that harder.

The first time I used this app I thought it was great, but then my account was disabled and that caused me great frustration. I tried to reach out to someone and it wasn't easy, but a real person did connect with me. She explained what was going on with my account. Thank you for helping me out.

Now, I think I'm back on track.

This app has the worst support ever!!! My account is still disabled 4 DAYS AND I'm STILL PAYING FOR IT!!!! The support Wei Hei is the worst maybe she's still drinking and hasn't resolved my issue for 4 days. I've already cleaned the mailing list and still tells me I didn't doo anything, but if she can only think a little bit, she'll notice that a new segment was created.

Have a bit of a history with Klaviyo. It's a feature rich, communication platform that has a lot of intuitive emailing options. Originally we used them for our mailing campaigns. In the end we switched to Mailchimp because of cost. Klaviyo is expensive. Now we are back to Klaviyo and they are even better. The cost is high, but the tools are there to utilize your mailing lists to the max. It's somehow much easier to use than Mailchimp & more comprehensive. Happy to be back to Klaviyo!

I am still inside the free version but I really love this app compared to other email marketing tools like mailchimp for example. The technical approach and possebilities are just on another level so is the support. There is always a friendly person answering in fast fashion as soon as I need some help. They helped me a lot along the way so far. Will most propably upgrade when its time...!!!! Go for the app when in doubt!!

I recently fired Mail Chimp and had to find another company quickly. Klaviyo was recommended and I am very happy with the switch. It is intuitive to use with good tutorials for support.
