Amazing!! Highly suggest using Klaviyo. It's one of the smartest CRM platforms out there. Customer support is truly incredible and can help you with any step of the way. If you have a Shopify account, you'll want to get Klaviyo for email marketing and SMS.

Cannot be more unsatisfied with the app I've been using for all my stores. They have been charging me amounts that has not been used, and once I decide to downgrade the plan for one store that has not been receiving traffic for 2 months, they remove all the premium features which I just paid few hours ago. Also they don't have any type of customer support (I should have as I paid for the whole month already, but as I decide to downgrade to free plan for the next month, they deactivated every premium feature). I don't understand how a company of this size can do this behaviors
