Has to be THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. No chat, no phone number, only email, which is promptly ignored. I've been waiting a week for them to respond to an account access issue. The Klaviyo integration is great! We are just starting to tap into the features. In fact, we hit a road bump when an embedded form was not populating. Both Shopify and Klaviyo support jumped on the issue and worked through the solution. I was completely impressed with the hands-on nature of the support.

Highly recommend Klaviyo.

It's super easy to set up on your Shopify store, there's lots of support, the metrics you get straight out the box are amazing and visual too. Perfect for marketing your product and understanding what your customers better!

The Klaviyo team are quick to reply, helpful and knowledgeable.

Easy to ingtegrate and use. We use Klaviyo to send all our emails - flows, marketing and more. The product feed and linking is quite easy.

Everyday I learn more and more of what I can do with the app. I am not a "techy" person but so far this has been extremely helpful. I had an initial conversation with someone from the Klaviyo team and that were super informative and very helpful. Looking forward to seeing how it all works in the future

Sell your soul to this application. Yes, it has functionality and integration; BUT once you are on the system they own you. The design it so that it's almost impossible to unsubscribe. You can downgrade and they will automatically upgrade you, charge you, fees all the time without your permission. But they will never downgrade you, refund fees, unused.
