We've used Klaviyo for the last 3 years for multiple Magento sites, but have just migrated one of those sites to Shopify. As expected from our experience with Klaviyo over the past 3 years, the process was silky smooth and when support was needed, it was fast and efficient.

I've been using Klaviyo for many years after switching from MailChimp which we quickly grew out of. The tool is very advanced and there isn't much you can't do. Some features can be a bit confusing but overall, the features are amazing and with a bit of help from support, I am am confident anything can be done with this email app.
So great to get fabulous help as I learn about emails and set up campaigns and flows!

Directly after installation, a phone call?? And then an email pressuring for a meeting?? Seriously? That's reason enough to delete the app immediately. I am very surprised by this approach. Please remove my contact details from your distribution list, I do not want to receive any more calls or messages!
Long-time user of Klaviyo. It's simply the best email marketing tool out there for Shopify stores. Once you've learned the ins and outs, it's as powerful as everyone says it is.

I have been using Klaviyo for about 2 years now and I can't express how much I have enjoyed using their platform. It's a super powerful tool that lets you customize your customer's journey and they have everything you could possibly need. There are so many automations you can build and their customer service is a 10/10, I love their chat support feature.
