Es una herramienta muy útil. La asistencia a cliente es rápida aunque es a través de email, hay que esperar que te envíen la respuesta sobre la solución a cualquier duda, sugerencia a problema existente mediante email. Me encuentro a los inicios de la integración y hasta el momento todas las dificultades que he encontrado en el camino, las he ido solucionando con el equipo de Klaviyo. Recomendada!

Worth every penny. Klaviyo is extremely user-friendly. Attributed revenue continues to climb with each new campaign I send through Klaviyo and we've significantly grown our email audience since signing onto the platform. Don't hesitate!

I've been using Klaviyo with my shopify store for the last 18 months. I LOVE it.
I'm not that confident with technology but I have found their resource page super helpful and any time I have had a question (there have been a lot!) the team have always been quick to help me, they have even checked the set up of things for me.
I would HIGHLY recomend this to anyone who has a shopify store.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. The process began great, i followed the steps to set up Klaviyo, and in the process accidentally selected to add the shipping banner at the top of my website. Once I was in the app I tried to remove the banner with no luck. I looked through all the settings, but as a first timer who's never used this app I had no idea what I was doing. I tried to contact customer service with no luck. There is no live chat with help and NO ONE answers the phone. I combed through the website and found nothing about sales banners or how to remove the one added. So I unintegrated the store, and it removed everything EXCEPT the shipping banner. The app is unintegrated and uninstalled and I am STUCK with a shipping banner for free shipping that I NEVER wanted in the first place. Called customer service 8 times and no one answered, the call hung up on me every time. I now have to go hire a coder to remove the banner. I am super unhappy. I run a business, and my client now has a delay on their website. Absolutely Unacceptable.

If you need any level of customer support, I'd recommend avoiding this platform. When the app works, it's good. However, I had a problem with their Flows - some of the conditional filters weren't behaving as expected - and opened a support ticket on 4/11/24. Today is 6/14/24 and all I have is repeated emails from their support teams after I ask them for updates saying "engineering is still working on it". Absolutely terrible support and there's no way to speak to anyone about the issue beyond chat and email.
