There billing is deplorable. You can't make changes to your account without being double billed. They don't do proration and then if you wait to change your plan at the end of your billing so you don't get double charged they will still charge you for the highest plan and tell you that they can't help you and you aren't owed a refund of the difference.

I call that theft. I downgraded to a $100 plan and entered my info to pay for that plan. Instead of it charging me for the new $100 plan I was charged $205. I reached out immediately to get the difference refunded. I was told that I paid the bill before I made the change which was 100% false because I updated the payment information after I made the plan change.

I've used Klaviyo for several years now and continue to appreciate their service. Layout is intuitive, features are great, and Customer Support team is amazing.

So easy to use and great ROI. New features and email flows are super helpful. SMS in UK is expensive so hopefully that will be looked at soon!

Klaviyo is an absolute essential marketing tool if your business even has a modicum of complexity to the types of communications you send out. The flows are infinitely custom + the analytics are top-notch. They are without peers in the industry.

Sämta appen jag har varit med om, har gett dom två chanser för jag ville verkligen få detta att fungera men det går bara inte. ingen support, ingen live chat, inget telefonnummer. Du vet inte hur mycket du ska betala tills du får en faktura på tusentals kronor. Hela systemet är gammalt och svårt och avancerat att använda. Jag recommender inte denna överdrivet dyra app med ingen support bakom tyvärr.

Probably the most user friendly esp there is. if you are an ecom brand owner, and not utilizing emails, consider Klaviyo. has free resources to get you started and the aftersales support is superb.
