Klaviyo support is wonderful !!! I have a Shopify store for more than 10 years, I never has such an incredible Support from any other App or Company related to Shopify.
Keith, Najah, Michaela, Paola and more... Everybody at Klaviyo support is very patient and and ready to help, replying to any question or concern
right away !!!

Easy migration with a lot of support. We can do so much more with our integration in shopify than what we could do with Constant contact or mailchimp.

Klaviyo is an excellent and indispensable piece of marketing software. It's so powerful and flexible. It falls down ever so slightly on very very fringe use cases but in 99% of instances, it has EVERYTHING you need.
Better yet, the customer support is world class, with experts in the software endeavoring to find you a suitable solution - they really do care.
We're confident on our growth thanks to klaviyo supporting us so well.

There billing is deplorable. You can't make changes to your account without being double billed. They don't do proration and then if you wait to change your plan at the end of your billing so you don't get double charged they will still charge you for the highest plan and tell you that they can't help you and you aren't owed a refund of the difference.

I call that theft. I downgraded to a $100 plan and entered my info to pay for that plan. Instead of it charging me for the new $100 plan I was charged $205. I reached out immediately to get the difference refunded. I was told that I paid the bill before I made the change which was 100% false because I updated the payment information after I made the plan change.

Sämta appen jag har varit med om, har gett dom två chanser för jag ville verkligen få detta att fungera men det går bara inte. ingen support, ingen live chat, inget telefonnummer. Du vet inte hur mycket du ska betala tills du får en faktura på tusentals kronor. Hela systemet är gammalt och svårt och avancerat att använda. Jag recommender inte denna överdrivet dyra app med ingen support bakom tyvärr.
