Amazing!! Highly suggest using Klaviyo. It's one of the smartest CRM platforms out there. Customer support is truly incredible and can help you with any step of the way. If you have a Shopify account, you'll want to get Klaviyo for email marketing and SMS.

Very interesting app. Very well made and structured. Easy to use. Solves all email marketing & SMS needs. Rich content and suggestions that make using it very productive.
I had a minor problem with emails not sending that I couldn’t figure out. The support team was very helpful. Very quick response. They catered to my questions. And even shared solving the issue with the Klaviyo team as it was somehow intriguing. Thank you Andy for your help. Thank you Najah for finding what the problem was.

Does not supress marketplace order information like other app at a top level such as Judge Me. Extremely poor customer service and was advised that shopify is responsible for this app.

Shopify customer service has advised this is klaviyo's responsibility.

have used Klayvio since the beginning with the store and have found it very helpful. Had a minor issue which I reported to the support team and Antonis from the team sorted the issue out in under five minutes

I think it's very shady that Klaviyo instantly charges more for additional email recipients beyond your plan level, but that when you clean your list, the plan cost stays at the higher level - unless you dig into the settings and change it back down.
A message should come up when 'Active' users drops below your biling level to ask if you want to lower your plan level. It's clearly to maximise revenue - but in an underhand way.
