I love that the app is easy to use for beginners and how it's versatile. However, it took me a long time for me to finally get help from the support for the error that kept happening on my free plan. I couldn't get through the sales (phone and email) and support service because my free 60-day support access had ended. Although I had installed it more than 60 days prior, I only started using the actual app from 2 weeks ago. Ended up speaking with Shopify support to have them contact me.

Nice and simply, but couple settings can be more obvious and logic, also I would love to see preview of all campaigns/flows instead of single mail preview

Does not supress marketplace order information like other app at a top level such as Judge Me. Extremely poor customer service and was advised that shopify is responsible for this app.

Shopify customer service has advised this is klaviyo's responsibility.

I want to cancel the $15 SMS package but when I do it myself the system cancels everything including my emails even though it is the SMS that I want to cancel. Weronika says that they cannot cancel this service on their side that I no longer want. IT LOOKS LIKE A HOSTAGE TAKING

Integration was simple and email marketing plus SMS functionality is essential. Very satisfied with this app for my Shopify customer campaigns.

Works well and has great analytics and segments and is easy to build campaigns. Can get pricey as you grow particularly SMS is very expensive
