I installed this on www.UltimateSwimFin.com and not only was it SUPER easy to install (easier than that other product), but it looks great and functions great! Highly recommended!

Excellent app. After reviewing and trying out most of these review apps, finally settled on Kudobuzz. Great support and help with all the setup as we had testimonals in 3-4 different places. I would not hesitate to give it a try. After purchase email and auto-pilot publishing make it valuable at any level. Pricing starts at free and allows you to move up as you grow. A very solid and well thought out app!

like this app a lot. The review form looks really nice since I can customize it to my site's colors. I especially love the little review widget visitors can see from any page. The email that one can opt to have go out to customers asking them to leave reviews is really nice. All the customer has to do is click on a button in the email to leave a review. I'm using the free version of the app now, but will be upgrading to paid as soon as I start selling from my new website. Selom of customer service went above and beyond for me when he fixed code erroneously left behind from another app that was interfering with this one. I'd recommend this app to anyone! Oh - I almost forgot - Cheryl of support was great also.

Quick response time from customer service and quick fix when we had issues with the app (reviews not loading or slow load time). Keeping this app for the emailing features mostly, as this app will send automated emails to your customers asking for a review after 3 weeks post purchase (you can set up your time frame). It also sends an email with a discount code for customers who left a review. Originally got this app to have reviews from Etsy populating on the website but changes that occurred at Etsy made this feature unavailable from an automation perspective. I will still strongly recommend this app to increase the number of reviews on your website!

Thank you for your help in getting the app working. You took the time to install it properly for me when I had trouble and I love it! We switched from Yopto to Kudobuzz and we haven't looked back. We switched because we were not willing to pay $600/month for features that you can get with Kudobuzz for $29.99/month.

The Kudobuzz team is absolutely amazing. We wanted to make sure we use their app for over a month before leaving our review.

Since they seem to be a newer company there are some small issues, but Cheryl and the rest of the team reply to emails within hours and issues are fixed within less than 1 business day.

Some of the features I hope they will add are for example the dynamic coupon option.
We have no doubt that Kudobuzz will offer all the same features as Yotpo for a fraction of the cost in the near future.

Works great! i have tried a few different review apps. and this one is the only one i have gotten to work consistently. Has a lot of great features! LOVE IT!
