I found the Loox app before and found that it does not support Amazon comment import. So I uninstalled it on the same day. Although it wasted me $10, I encountered this app later. Probably the fastest and most effective support to help get what you need. I just wish Amazon allowed more than 100 review importing - pretty tedious but worth.
