Amazing experience! It is a pleasure to work with their team, they have helped us integrate plugin into our store, made it look & feel like part of our shop. And after we have migrated to new theme, they have also updated the plugin to match new style.
Communication is always quick and professional. Would definitely recommend LimeSpot to anyone. Best of all - it really helps to sell more!:)
Pros:

- Easy customization (they did most of it for me)

- I believe it has increased revenue
Cons:
- The summary does not work for my site so I can't see how good it's been working or not. I like the app and believe it leads to sales as a few do get reported but my shop numbers and numbers in the app dashboard are always completely different. They were looking into it when I first installed but it seems to still be an ongoing issue.
I would still recommend this app but really wish they could figure this issue out with my site.
I use this app to help drive more sales in my store and it has helped and the support is fantastic, always around when you need them and resolves the issue at hand quickly.

I've tested A LOT of recommendations apps and this is by far the best one on Shopify. There is so much customization that can be achieved and the customer support is out of this world. Within the trial period, I have already made enough sales through the app that cover a month's cost. Also, anytime I've ever had an issue, Michelle has provided me with great support and fixed it right away.
