I've just had it a few weeks but so far so good. When I first installed it, there was a serious problem. I emailed and no one got back to me so I uninstalled it. Several days later I was contacted. I re-installed and they fixed the problem right away.
Limespot is an absolute MUST HAVE APP. Since installing it, we've seen our average order value and conversion rates increase significantly and in just two weeks it has earned us almost $2,000 in additional revenue. We tried a few of their competitors and a some of the things we like most about Limespot are the checkout page cross-sales (which appear above the cart) and the super easy installation & setup. The support has also been incredible thus far - super responsive and they went above and beyond to adjust the styling for us.
As a fellow App Store developer, we LOVE this app and will use it on every store we build in the future.
The app is great and the people are great.
So these app guys have injected pixel - 928871153944072 on all of my store that were using this app.
I couldn't figure out from where this pixel was coming. I already had a doubt on this app. So I reached to their support and they clearly said that they DO NOT insert any pixel..
I reached Shopify support and they removed the app left over code and the pixel got removed.
Even un-installing the app didn't help. So make sure you remove the code completely.
Because of multiple pixels on my store, the data was not tracking correctly. I suffered loss overall.

This app is wonderful! It does an amazing job at providing recommendations and allowing us to A/B test different experiences and recommendation containers to help increase our conversion rate. On top of the great functionality and ease of use, the support we have received has been top notch. Stephanie, has been wonderful, and has been there every step of the way to answer any questions and help us with any setup necessary.

Great App! We have been using it for over a month with great results!!
So far I love this app. The features and the analytics alone are amazing and easy to understand. We haven't made the 3x subscription fee yet, but customer service is amazing and they are really helping us to make sure that things look good, work correctly, and that we are using the tools to the best of our ability to be able to bring in more revenue. They even extended the life of my free trial which, to me, is worth 5 stars on its own - no one does that!
