Those people are great. We had a problem with a double search bar. Sent a message. And we got an answer immediately. The same day it was fixed. This was a perfect service. And the price is perfect only 3.99/month, For a perfect service. I recommend this app to use it. Other apps are much more expensive and do not offer the service as these guys. It is a pleasure to work with these guys. If i could, i would give 10 stars.

filtering is way off. not sure where they are getting the tags. customer complaints that site is hard to navigate since adding. loss of sales.
I have been using this app for 2 weeks. Our store has more than 10,000 products and 30,000 variants . This app did much better than any of the other apps i have used in shopify ( and over the last several years I have used many search apps ) Filters are amazing and the filters even come in the normal collections . ( Does not happen in many apps) . Great customer support . I have contacted them 5 times and got replies and solutions in 1 or 2 hours . Hi, I tried using the Live Search app, it's great, but I found a conflict with another app, it's the old price and the new price, strikethrough both prices, this problem you can it be fixed, the conflicting app is LimeSpot Personalizer. It's a good app, I didn't find any problem using it. Unfortunately I had to uninstall because a search feature came together with another app I needed, for filtering. Otherwise, I would have kept it! Good job, guys!
We were using swiftype before but found this search facility and looks great. I struggled to install as we were using another search bar before, but Graham sorted it very quickly. Looks very professional on our site and searches the products quick as well.
Super easy install and configure also much more reasonable price to competitors. One little quirk I've seen is the old default search seems to still be running under the live search but not such a huge problem.
