The range of things that can be done is very broad and more than sufficient.
Points can be awarded for birthdays and memberships, and there are many ways to redeem points.
There seems to be no expiration date for regular points, but I didn't think that was a problem.
It means customers are making purchases for them.
Also you can set up limited time point increases, limited time points, etc.
What I would like to see improved
If possible, it would be nice if coupon codes could be entered automatically instead of being copied by the customer.
Also, there are a lot of places where the explanation is not quite clear enough, and it would be unfriendly if the store did not enter additional explanations.
Once it is set up first, the rest is fine, but I thought it would be confusing for customers if it is left as the default.
I also thought it would be nice if the size of the icons could be changed.
But all in all, I thought it was a pretty good app if the stores could take care of the details when setting it up.

I am really loving implementing Loloyal's Reward Program Services into our website's platform. It's been generating more sales and proving changes that keep customers on our website instead of shopping through our third party platforms which is great! It's still a bit newer to our website and I'm still learning to integrate it, but the customer support has been SUPERIOR, kind, and so helpful! Been working for around an hour. My store & customers are in spanish based country, so i had to manually check the translation. After fixing minor mistakes that make some phrases out of context im ready to keep adjusting points & rewards. Support its fast & accurate, took around 5 minutes to get an aswer from real person. I will update the review at end of 7 days demo. We currently have around 1,000 daily users in our website so im excited to see how Loloyal Works :)
