Excellent service. Quick response time. I had some issue with my theme and this application, making it very slow and not fully functional. I was on the brink of uninstalling it and trying another service, but they fixed the issue in less than a few days and now the application is working perfectly on my store. Very impressed.

Lololyal has one of the best customer service platforms that I ever ever worked with. I really appreciate the real-time support chat that's available 24/7. This has made working late nights much more efficient. The team is also quick in helping to resolve issues. This one is so much better than SMILE
I’ve been a SMILE user for two years, and this software not only has all the features that SMILE offers, but it also includes many that SMILE lacks. The interface is more user-friendly and smooth, and both the widget and launcher are outstanding and easy to customize. The best part is the price—it’s very reasonable. Another important point is the customer service, which is excellent! Although they don’t claim to be available 24/7, they often respond almost immediately.

If you’re still using SMILE, now is the time to switch to this app, it is Easier than you think to migrate(I spent more than one year to make this decision). They will carefully help you transfer your user data and ensure everything is done correctly.

One final suggestion: during the transfer, it would be great if the VIP tiers, points, and birthday information could all be handled in a single document. This might prevent any issues with the VIP tiers.

We changed our loyalty program because we were looking for an app that would allow us to have a multilingual experience for our customers. And we found it with Loloyal.
