I rarely leave reviews, but Trustwill Loyalty truly deserves one.
The platform itself is already one of the most complete loyalty and referral solutions I've found on the market. It offers an impressive number of features and possibilities to build a real loyalty program instead of just giving away discounts.
But what really makes the difference is the support team.
I often have the chance to be assisted by Cassie, and every single time I come with one question, I leave with five problems solved.
Not only does she answer the issue I came for, but she also spots things I didn't even know existed, explains how to improve them, and helps me optimize my store far beyond my initial request.
That kind of proactive support is incredibly rare today.
