Excellent Experience

The implementation of the system went smoothly. The menu is intuitively designed and very clear. The integration looks truly outstanding and is crafted with a high level of professionalism. We are eagerly anticipating our customers' reactions to our loyalty program. What we appreciated the most was the warm welcome from the support team. We had a very pleasant interaction with Nova, who not only answered our beginner questions but also provided numerous helpful tips - and that with an unmatched response time. For example, we didn’t know that expected points could be displayed next to the price, offering our customers complete transparency in point collection. We think that’s fantastic, and thanks to Nova, we were able to integrate this feature right away. Overall, we are very satisfied so far and look forward to seeing how the program evolves.

This one is so much better than SMILE
I’ve been a SMILE user for two years, and this software not only has all the features that SMILE offers, but it also includes many that SMILE lacks. The interface is more user-friendly and smooth, and both the widget and launcher are outstanding and easy to customize. The best part is the price—it’s very reasonable. Another important point is the customer service, which is excellent! Although they don’t claim to be available 24/7, they often respond almost immediately.

If you’re still using SMILE, now is the time to switch to this app, it is Easier than you think to migrate(I spent more than one year to make this decision). They will carefully help you transfer your user data and ensure everything is done correctly.

One final suggestion: during the transfer, it would be great if the VIP tiers, points, and birthday information could all be handled in a single document. This might prevent any issues with the VIP tiers.
5 stars definitely.

We changed our loyalty program because we were looking for an app that would allow us to have a multilingual experience for our customers. And we found it with Loloyal. The app is very easy to set up and use. The customer service is one of the best on the market. Thanks to Kim, Mariadel, Sophie and the whole team for helping us with all our questions. I would recommend this app without hesitation.

Although we've been using this app only for a little while as we're still at the very beginning of starting up a new business, so far even the free features of this app are enough for us to do almost everything we want for our customers online and they work well within Shopify. The customer service (via online chat) was also super helpful and replied very promptly to my super long question haha. Would 100% recommend this app :)

Great! The functions are very complete and everything is included. The free plan has all the basic functions and is completely suitable for novice store owners. The cost of the paid plan is basically positively correlated with the store's income, so it won't feel too heavy a burden.
