Excellent App with Great Support!

We've been using Loloyal for our vape store, and it's been a great experience so far. The referral system is easy to set up and works smoothly. It helped us launch a smart “refer and save” campaign that both attracts new customers and rewards existing ones, win-win!

Their support team is super responsive and always ready to help, even if it takes a bit of back and forth. The integration with Klaviyo is useful, and the ability to customize the loyalty and rewards setup makes it very flexible.

There’s still some room for improvement (like syncing more referral data into Klaviyo), but overall, it’s a powerful tool that adds real value to our store. Highly recommended if you’re serious about customer retention and word-of-mouth growth!

God forbids you need actual assistance. Their live-chat agents are essentially useless and if you have any questions they hand you a link to book a call that's 5 days ahead. Their live-chat response rate is so slow its diabolical. We started realizing we need to migrate out from them to some other platform, perhaps YOTPO or something. This is insane.
