Loop Returns & Exchanges

We have just started on the system and love the user friendly interface, its a lot easier than manually processing our exchanges and is now all stored in the one place for me to follow up on.
Very easy for customers to use too.

We've been on the platform for 2 months and have had a great experience so far. Although onboarding was quick due to our previous platform provider shutting down and have to do a quick transition, now that we are fully onboarded we have found it very beneficial. The features loop offers for the customer and also internally for reporting is extremely useful and easy to see ROI.

Loop was the exact Returns / Exchange platform that we were looking for. We've been looking at installing Loop Returns for a few years now and was finally able to do it using the Starter Package. We are looking forwarded to continuing with Loop as our company grows and we are thankful the app has room to upgrade as well.
