I emailed a question about a major issue we had for getting a specific type of label. Not sure if it was even something that could be done. To my surprise it was not just answered but the steps given and care to address my follow up questions and confirm I was on the right track. We have had a great experience with Loop, its really smoothed out our returns processes and allowed us to offer so much more to our customers than just a return and refund. I would like to highlight the Loop customer service. We have several integrations running into Loop, the main one being Brightpearl. We recently had an integration issue we needed resolved and the team did a brilliant job in getting this sorted quickly for us while keeping us updated through the whole process and even checking in a week after the fix to make sure everything was still running as expected. Cannot recommend Loop enough.
