Love that this app continues to keep customers and merchants comfort in mind. They continue to vamp up the features so that returns and exchanges process can run as smoothly as possible. Also Dess Everhart has been such a great point of contact-- she's quick to resolve issues or concerns and very friendly.

Horrible customer service and completely overpriced. App is missing a ton of critical features. I used it for over a year, willing to over pay. When I insisted to cancel, guess what they kept on billing me. Dess said she would let me know, bill came in anyway. I do not want your service stop forcing it on my company. Shop around the Shopify App Store lots of better cheaper solutions.

We've been using this app for 2 years and have never quite been able to get it to work right. Because of that, we've had to deal with some very unfortunate customer experiences. When bringing the problems up with customer service, they were extremely slow to respond (several days per email), and generally unhelpful. They are requiring us to finish our 1 year contract, even though the app has never really worked 100%. There seems to be a lot better (and cheaper) options out there now, so I encourage you to shop around!

We love loop! It's by far the best experience for customers and also CX employees to navigate as well. Super clean and easy experience from start to finish, and there's always exciting updates that Loop is coming out with to better it. You can customize the portal so that it feels very on brand, and even have the customer shop directly on your site with their store credit. From a CX/employee perspective, the analytics and reports have helped us lower return rates on specific products as well. Shoutout to Bryan H. who is our rep and is super quick to help anytime we need assistance!

Save your time and money and get anything else. The experience quickly went downhill once they sign you up. Customer service disappears and you're stuck with a 12 month contract for something that doesn't fully function as promised and no one to help you!

I love Loop! The customer service is amazing so any issues you have, they respond within an hour. They have a lot of new features constantly coming and will always brainstorm with you as to how to promote your business and gain more sales.

We use a full enterprise version of Loop, which this app is a part of. We love it. Great UI for customers and CX staff. Self-service workflows and customization that allow for various SKU-level outcomes on the fly. Reliable and detailed event data that is exportable. Constant product improvements, informed by feedback their team proactively gathers. The company has strong partnerships with Shopify and certain 3PLs and CX platforms. It can be pricier than other options, especially for smaller merchants, but the time savings Loop creates for our staff offsets the software costs.

Have been using this app for the last year to help manage our overall returns function for a fashion apparel business. The functionality is designed to reduce cash refunds and drive higher retention metrics with more variant exchanges, upsells, bonus credit offers for exchanging and failing these options, and store credits (with a bonus attached). The platform provides an easy-to-use seamless interface for the customer while increasing retained revenue to reduce the overall financial impact on our business. The customer satisfaction rating has also been positively impacted through the platform. highly recommended for businesses looking to optimise the overall returns process of any eCommerce business

We have been using Loop for a few years now. Although the product has proved great for our team, customers and company- what makes us loyal to Loop is their account management and IT teams. Whenever we have a question, are experiencing something out of the norm, or need assistance implementing a new feature; Rachel (our account manager) and her team are immediate to take care of us and do it completely and efficiently. Thank you Rachel & Loop!!

The most disgusting experience we have ever had working with any app or any company in nearly 10 years of business. DO NOT SIGN ON TO LOOP. They will coerce you in to a 12 month contract up-front. The reason they do so is apparent once you download the app. Nearly one month later, my own team dedicating hours each and every day - the app is still not installed. It is the most complicated and convoluted procedure. The only support you receive is essentially to figure it out for yourself. Any complaints or queries are dismissed. Their service is disgusting. Their app is a rip-off that doesn't function. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. We have since downloaded a cheaper app that we installed within 30 minutes, and had a live chat customer service function that was absolutely helpful. BEWARE - Loop will rip you off.
