Loop is a fantastic returns partner to our small business!

We are able to e-mail Loop support with our queries and technical questions, they always get back to us quickly and go above and beyond, helping us to create the workflows and rules we need.

Loop has been our go-to for handling returns and exchanges. The app is straight forward once you get the hang of it. There is so much you can do to configure how you'd like to process returns and exchanges in your shop. Whenever I've needed assistance or just confirmation of what I understand, the team at Loop has been responsive, helpful, and really a pleasure to speak with. A special shout out to Rece who has provided nothing but top-notch support!

What can i say about Loop! You have transformed our retrurns game! Special shout out to Chica, Brooke and Ninthuga. Loop is not the cheapest solution on the market but you will not find better support. Feature packed and has helped us massively in terms of streamlining our returns process. Thank you to the amazing team over at Loop. We hope for a great partnership for many years ahead :)

e have been using loop for about 2 years, this company has offered us zero value, and when we wanted to switch to another company the "auto renewed" our policy very quietly. They send you 1 email and if you don't respond they will lock you in. They just care about their bottom line and not actually helping you make money.

We switched to another company and it has been the most fantastic experience. They actually care about making you money not just upselling.

Regarding contract renewals, we do notify customers in advance to ensure they’re aware of upcoming terms, and we’re sorry if that process felt unclear. We’ll review our communication to make sure it’s as transparent as possible.

Loop onboarding team are not available for calls, but just via emails, and this makes onboarding highly inefficient and slow. We started onboarding in August, after 2 months we are still here trying to set up the platform by trial and error.

Truly one of the worst onboarding experiences I've encountered. They don't hop on a call with you to review how to set up returns correctly. Their documentation isn't easy to follow. It takes too long to get your "onboarding specialist" to respond to your emails. It took us weeks to setup...and we still haven't correctly configured it. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

The support we receive from Loop is fantastic. If ever a rare technical issue pops up, they provide quick and easy-to-manage resolutions, ensuring little customer impact on our side. Highly recommend their platform for your returns!

I am extremely frustrated with Loop. We had our initial call and signed a contract with them nearly a month ago and we're nowhere near ready to go live. They say you get an 'onboarding specialist' but you don't. The platform is very confusing to set up and when you think you've done it right and test it, nothing worked correctly and you don't get any response from them. I emailed my specialist over 7 days ago and I've not heard back. I have no idea when they are back from Christmas as it's not on their site or auto email. We've given up and have set up a meeting with Prime Returns. Let's hope they're better!
