I recently experienced outstanding service from the Loop Customer Support team during our transition to a new warehouse. We had to integrate our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) with Loop, and the support team was incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the process. Their response time was impressively quick, often under an hour, and they provided clear guidelines. Additionally, they conducted a thorough audit of our settings to ensure everything was configured correctly. I truly appreciate their dedication and the smooth support they provided during this critical time.

Loop is very user-friendly, and helps us streamline our return/exchange process. The best part is their support team! Anytime we have a question on specific orders, they always provide very thorough and easy-to-understand answers quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Received excellent customer service from Rece! I reached out on NYE expecting someone to get back with me in a few days, and was surprised when I got a response back right away! Rece was so helpful and had already taken the necessary steps needed! By the time I saw the response the issue was resolved and there were only a few things I needed to do on my end to finalize things. Needless to say it was an amazing support experience.

I've been using Loop for over a year and it's great. It has almost all of the functionality that I need (the one additional thing I need, no app has) and I've always gotten a quick response from support. I'd like to, in particular, give a shout out to Rece on their support team, who was able to help me create different return policies depending on the item.

LOOP is an excellent tool for our company to manage returns and exchanges. While the features are impressive, what really stands out to me is their customer support. Loop's system is great, but it's the people that make the experience phenomenal. Almost every email I send is always due to me not understanding something and within minutes I get a response. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful, thank you for the service that you provide!

I would recommend LOOP to other individuals and companies. We have been using Loop for over 2 years now and each year new updates are made that are very helpful and their support team is excellent. Just recently had a rare issue with our shipping labels generating and the support staff was able to locate and help us resolve the issue within days.
