I would say the customer service is the best part of working with Loop Returns. As a small business, you can feel like a jack of all trades but a master of none. The support we have had from Loop Customer Support team has helped us build the confidence we need to start feeling like a master of Loop Returns!

They did not help with our onboarding process. The system does make it easier for customers to submit for returns, but if you're needing exchanges across different prices/products that cost extra. It caused more headache with our backend systems than it solved problems.
Loop was the exact Returns / Exchange platform that we were looking for. As a small team of two, manually responding to @info emails just to quickly provide someone a return label was very inefficient. Our Onboarding Rep, Adam, was also extremely helpful and gave us genuine industry standard advice, and pointed out some discrepancies in our T&C.
As I'm sure most of us Shopify admins know, managing Exchanges in the Shopify platform is such a headache. It's either a return for refund, or you are messing around with manual inventory adjustments and sending Shipping labels from 3rd party shipping apps. Loop comes in and does exactly what you'd expect and makes the process easy, and all in the 'Orders' page. Our customers seem to appreciate it too, we rarely get a hiccup with Loop, and if we do, it was often a customer input mistake.
Do be prepared to sign up for the top two pricing levels though for the best experience. The lowest pricing options are petty limited, and you'll find that out pretty quickly.

pricing is incorrect. There is a tiering on the # of returns per year. Making the cost more than double.
These guys don't want smaller merchants, that is obvious.
Also incredible inefficient onboarding. You can't download and install their app, but need to receive a demo and talk to a sales person first before receiving an activation code.

Loop is very user friendly and their support staff is awesome! They send very informative emails with photos and have prompt response turnarounds. If the emails aren't solving problems then they are happy to hope on a call to discuss the issue and potentially reach out to their engineering team to create something to find a solution.
