Unable to log in and there is no way to re-set my password that works. I emailed support hopefully they respond soon but I have never had an app with such challenges logging in and my customers are getting very upset.

Loop has transformed our business with a self-service platform where customers can create and ship back their returns & exchanges with ease. The implementation is simple, and the set-up is intuitive.

The Support team is exceptional. No question is too big or too small, and the response time is excellent. They go above and beyond pointing me to a self-help article, and actually dig in and help come up with solutions to questions.

Highly recommend Loop!

Return processing has become super manageable for us. Loop Returns is a great app to streamline your returns, and their support is also very helpful.
