Loop makes returns and exchanges really simple for our customers and our team. Everything works smoothly, and it’s helped reduce support tickets on our end. Their customer support is also excellent. Quick to respond, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a great addition to our store.

Loop is a fantastic returns partner to our small business!

Loop has been our go-to for handling returns and exchanges. The app is straight forward once you get the hang of it. There is so much you can do to configure how you'd like to process returns and exchanges in your shop. Whenever I've needed assistance or just confirmation of what I understand, the team at Loop has been responsive, helpful, and really a pleasure to speak with. What can i say about Loop! You have transformed our retrurns game! Special shout out to Chica, Brooke and Ninthuga. Loop is not the cheapest solution on the market but you will not find better support. Feature packed and has helped us massively in terms of streamlining our returns process. Truly one of the worst onboarding experiences I've encountered. They don't hop on a call with you to review how to set up returns correctly. Their documentation isn't easy to follow. It takes too long to get your "onboarding specialist" to respond to your emails. It took us weeks to setup...and we still haven't correctly configured it. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
