Great Support. Ninthuga and Kat have helped us make adjustments and answer our questions on many occasions and they are quick to respond.
Loop has been our go-to for handling returns and exchanges. The app is straight forward once you get the hang of it. There is so much you can do to configure how you'd like to process returns and exchanges in your shop. Whenever I've needed assistance or just confirmation of what I understand, the team at Loop has been responsive, helpful, and really a pleasure to speak with. A special shout out to Rece who has provided nothing but top-notch support!

Loop is not the cheapest solution on the market but you will not find better support. Feature packed and has helped us massively in terms of streamlining our returns process.
