Exceptional Customer Service
Loop has been our go-to for handling returns and exchanges. The app is straight forward once you get the hang of it. There is so much you can do to configure how you'd like to process returns and exchanges in your shop. Whenever I've needed assistance or just confirmation of what I understand, the team at Loop has been responsive, helpful, and really a pleasure to speak with. A special shout out to Rece who has provided nothing but top-notch support!

I emailed a question about a major issue we had for getting a specific type of label. Not sure if it was even something that could be done. To my surprise it was not just answered but the steps given and care to address my follow up questions and confirm I was on the right track.
