Loop onboarding team are not available for calls, but just via emails, and this makes onboarding highly inefficient and slow. We started onboarding in August, after 2 months we are still here trying to set up the platform by trial and error.

e have been using loop for about 2 years, this company has offered us zero value, and when we wanted to switch to another company the "auto renewed" our policy very quietly. They send you 1 email and if you don't respond they will lock you in. They just care about their bottom line and not actually helping you make money.

We switched to another company and it has been the most fantastic experience. They actually care about making you money not just upselling.

Regarding contract renewals, we do notify customers in advance to ensure they’re aware of upcoming terms, and we’re sorry if that process felt unclear. We’ll review our communication to make sure it’s as transparent as possible.

Loop Returns & Exchanges offers outstanding customer service — always ready to help with anything. The system is user-friendly, lets us track every return with ease, and smoothly handles about 95% of our cases. Even the exceptional ones are clearly highlighted, making them simple to resolve quickly. A great partner to our company. Personal thank you to Ali and Rece for each support they've provided.

We have had a great experience with Loop, its really smoothed out our returns processes and allowed us to offer so much more to our customers than just a return and refund. I would like to highlight the Loop customer service. We have several integrations running into Loop, the main one being Brightpearl. We recently had an integration issue we needed resolved and the team did a brilliant job in getting this sorted quickly for us while keeping us updated through the whole process and even checking in a week after the fix to make sure everything was still running as expected. Cannot recommend Loop enough.

Loop has helped our company streamline our customer return processes, saving us a significant amount of time and money. Also, they are always adding to and improving their offerings, which continue to add to the value we get from using Loop. Lastly, their customer service team is fantastic and quick to help answer our questions.

Loop Returns and Exchanges work great with our Shopify store. I have received nothing by great customer service while they helped onboard us to the Offset program and anytime I have an issue they not only respond quickly but actually help and do things like pre-build the workflow for what I need vs just sending links for me to figure it out on my own. I highly recommend Loop.

I uninstalled this app and was told my subscription was cancelled, yet I’m still being charged. I’ve contacted support multiple times with barely any response. To make matters worse, I can’t even log in to my account because the one-time login code never arrives. There’s no way to manage billing or get proper help. Really disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend this app based on their lack of support and poor handling of cancellations.
