Truly one of the worst onboarding experiences I've encountered. They don't hop on a call with you to review how to set up returns correctly. Their documentation isn't easy to follow. It takes too long to get your "onboarding specialist" to respond to your emails. It took us weeks to setup...and we still haven't correctly configured it. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Loop has been a lifesaver and a great addition to our site. The onboarding process was seamless and the Loop team made it so easy for us and was very helpful along the way! Loop has freed up so much time for our small team with the automated returns and exchanges. It is also so amazing to gain insight on why customers are returning/exchanging. The process is easy for customers to use and the loop team is always in contact with us as we continue to navigate the platform. We are so happy we integrated this platform to our store!

Loop is the perfect returns, exchange and credit platform! We have been using for 3+ years now and it has immensely improved our customers returns experience and journey! So user friendly for both customer and the team in the backend. The loop team is incredibly helpful and great to work with!

I would recommend LOOP to other individuals and companies. We have been using Loop for over 2 years now and each year new updates are made that are very helpful and their support team is excellent. Just recently had a rare issue with our shipping labels generating and the support staff was able to locate and help us resolve the issue within days.

Loop Returns helps us streamline our returns and exchanges at the customer level and internally. Of course, not one app is perfect and there is a learning curve in the integration and usage of the app. The Loop Returns team, however, helped tremendously and continues in doing so in answering any questions in this regard.

Loop is very user-friendly, and helps us streamline our return/exchange process. The best part is their support team! Anytime we have a question on specific orders, they always provide very thorough and easy-to-understand answers quickly. Shout-out to Rece for always being there for us. Would definitely recommend!
