Loop Returns and Exchanges work great with our Shopify store. I have received nothing by great customer service while they helped onboard us to the Offset program and anytime I have an issue they not only respond quickly but actually help and do things like pre-build the workflow for what I need vs just sending links for me to figure it out on my own. I highly recommend Loop.

We had to integrate our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) with Loop, and the support team was incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the process. Their response time was impressively quick, often under an hour, and they provided clear guidelines. Additionally, they conducted a thorough audit of our settings to ensure everything was configured correctly. Loop has earned its place as the industry leader for returns/exchanges/warranties. We've been using Loop for several years and it's always the app we have to worry the least about. It works as it should, the backend is user-friendly, the frontend is customer-friendly, and every time I've had a question their support team is prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

Loop has been a great partner. They've provided a self-service tool for our customers that simplifies returns for them. At the same time, giving us critical customization options we need for branding, policy exceptions, and even a warranty option.
Their workflow options allow us to redirect customers depending on the purchased product, tagging in Shopify, or other unique situations we need to monitor. Overall it's been a great tool and I'm excited to see it grow.

The app saves us a lot of headache when it comes to returns and exchanges. Selling under garments, we have a unique need for returns and the app has been able to help us handle that in many ways. Their support team has also been quick to respond when it comes to troubleshooting and issues. Nice to speak to a real person and get help when we need it.

Terrible customer service and support. After using this app for a year we are trying to cancel and they handball you around different departments. There is literally no support or settings for cancelling your subscription.
