Loop Returns has been an amazing returns function for our brand. We have saved a significant amount of money in retained revenue from converting refunds into other outcomes, the portal and experiences for customers is seamless and easy to use. We love that it's highly customisable with workflows, policies and onsite presence.

The backend is easy to use but in your Shopify store it is confusing and difficult to distinguish returns from exchanges. It's clunky and difficult to use. It creates a second order which messes up your metrics when evaluating repeat customer rates, etc.
To make matters worse, we canceled our service and deleted the app weeks back and still got charged for the following month. Customer service had been on several emails back and forth and have yet to refund our money and have provided nothing to substantiate taking our money for service that was not provided. Very poor customer experience and we recommend looking for another app.

Loop's system is great, but it's the people that make the experience phenomenal. Almost every email I send is always due to me not understanding something and within minutes I get a response. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful, thank you for the service that you provide!

Loop Returns & Exchanges offers outstanding customer service — always ready to help with anything. The system is user-friendly, lets us track every return with ease, and smoothly handles about 95% of our cases. Shopify/Loop needs a way to have their reconciliations match as it would be ideal for Shopify to be source of truth for net sales. Seems like a Shopify limitation.

Loop is a great app with tons of really useful features and has even better customer service! Rece was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us solve an internal issue asap.
Loop has been a great addition to help streamline our return process and offload an extra task from our customer service team. Wendy and her team has been helpful is fixing random issues we've noticed over time as well as custom workflows to optimize further.

We have had a great experience with Loop, its really smoothed out our returns processes and allowed us to offer so much more to our customers than just a return and refund. I would like to highlight the Loop customer service. We have several integrations running into Loop, the main one being Brightpearl. We recently had an integration issue we needed resolved and the team did a brilliant job in getting this sorted quickly for us while keeping us updated through the whole process and even checking in a week after the fix to make sure everything was still running as expected. Cannot recommend Loop enough.
