Loop Returns has been a Game Changer for Capelle Miami. We went from a very manual process in doing returns to an almost set it and forget it process. Loop offers great and speedy customer service, which we always appreciate.

We've been using Loop Returns for a little over a year and are highly satisfied with the app itself, as well as the support when necessary. From the our most complicated custom scenarios to my most obvious oversight, the Loop team has been very responsive.

I would recommend LOOP to other individuals and companies. We have been using Loop for over 2 years now and each year new updates are made that are very helpful and their support team is excellent. Just recently had a rare issue with our shipping labels generating and the support staff was able to locate and help us resolve the issue within days.

Loop Returns helps us streamline our returns and exchanges at the customer level and internally. Of course, not one app is perfect and there is a learning curve in the integration and usage of the app. The Loop Returns team, however, helped tremendously and continues in doing so in answering any questions in this regard.

I love that Loops links seamlessly with Shopify and their 'Shop Now' feature prompts customers to increase their spend with us when exchanging for new products.
