Loop Returns has been a Game Changer for Capelle Miami. We went from a very manual process in doing returns to an almost set it and forget it process. Loop offers great and speedy customer service, which we always appreciate.

Loop Returns helps us streamline our returns and exchanges at the customer level and internally. Of course, not one app is perfect and there is a learning curve in the integration and usage of the app. The Loop Returns team, however, helped tremendously and continues in doing so in answering any questions in this regard.

Just recently had a rare issue with our shipping labels generating and the support staff was able to locate and help us resolve the issue within days.
